As Operations Leader at Trinseo’s Zhangjiagang ABS plant, Andy Yu is responsible for the management of ABS production. Like many employees, a typical workday in the familiar environment of the plant is busy for Andy. But unlike other employees, Andy has a special kind of love for this plant. In his words, it is the feeling of “homecoming.”
