Wade is Senior Technician, R&D at the Plastic Innovation Lab of Trinseo Hsinchu, Taiwan. For many, work and family are like a steelyard. How to strike a balance between the two is a much-discussed topic for modern working class. Wade believes that if one has a dream job and a loving family, one can strike a balance between work and family, thus having fun day in and day out.
